You will have at least 5 year`s HR experience, with at least 1 year`s exposure to a HR Manager role. You will be used to working autonomously, be confident making key business decisions and be able to lead and develop a small team. Ideally, you will have exposure to and the ability to demonstrate influencing skills at a senior level. You will have a track record of dealing with difficult and sensitive people issues and be able to demonstrate your ability to successfully have dealt with those.
Candidates applying for this role will have an excellent knowledge Payroll function, regulatory issues, end of year process and awareness of compliance with the IR requirements. Strong administration skills and a proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines are essential.
